Short version: we collect minimal information, we do not sell personal information, and we rely primarily on browser storage for functionality. Google Analytics is enabled to understand aggregate site usage, and the consent banner lets you accept or decline non-essential analytics storage.

Random Question Generator is a free online tool that helps teachers, trainers, students, and content creators generate quiz questions instantly. The Site is operated independently and can be contacted at contact@aigotowork.work.
This Privacy Policy applies to all visitors and users of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the Site.

2.2 Information You Provide Voluntarily
We collect information you actively provide, such as when you send an email or use a mailto-based contact form that opens your own email client.
- Contact Form Drafts: name, email address, subject, and message content entered into the privacy or about-page mailto forms before your email client sends them
- Email Communications: any information included in emails you send to contact@aigotowork.work or midoriko053@gmail.com
2.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We want to be clear about what we do not collect:
- We do not require account registration or collect login credentials.
- We do not store generated quiz questions on our own application servers in this build.
- We do not collect payment information because the core tool is free to use.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive data such as health, financial, or government ID data.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under the applicable age thresholds described below.

Advertising
5. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdSense)
The production Site loads the Google AdSense Auto Ads script. Actual ad serving depends on Google site approval and the Auto Ads settings in the AdSense account. This integration uses Auto Ads without manual ad units.
5.1 How Google AdSense Works
Google AdSense may use cookies, web beacons, and similar advertising identifiers to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud, and personalize advertising where permitted. The configured Publisher ID is ca-pub-4306979469592115.
5.2 Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads
Google may serve personalized ads based on browsing history and interests, or non-personalized ads based on contextual signals such as page content or coarse location. EEA, UK, and Switzerland visitors who have not granted advertising consent receive non-personalized ads. A non-certified CMP may also limit personalized advertising in those regions.

5.5 Ad Labeling
If advertisements are displayed on the Site, they should be clearly separated from editorial content and generator output. Advertising placement does not influence the questions generated by the tool.

We may share data with trusted service providers who help operate the Site, subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

6.2 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law or in response to valid requests by courts, regulators, or other public authorities.
6.3 Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset sale, information relevant to Site operations may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

Children
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, or under 16 where a higher age threshold applies under local law. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under those ages.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, contact contact@aigotowork.work. We will review the request and take appropriate deletion steps where required.
The tool may be used in educational settings by teachers on behalf of students, but we do not require student accounts or ask students to submit personal information directly through the main generator.
International
10. International Users
The Site may be operated and hosted using infrastructure located in the United States or other countries where our service providers maintain systems. If you access the Site from outside those locations, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws.
By using the Site, you acknowledge that such transfers may occur. Where required, we will rely on appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.
