We believe useful assessment tools should be accessible to every teacher in every classroom, every trainer in every company, and every student preparing for every exam regardless of budget or technical skill.

Story
Why We Built This
The idea for Random Question Generator came from a simple frustration. Teachers and trainers spend hours every week writing quiz questions from scratch, time that could be spent on actual teaching, coaching, and feedback.
Existing tools often required expensive subscriptions, forced users to create accounts before trying the product, or produced low-quality output that still needed heavy editing. We set out to build something different: a tool that works immediately, generates genuinely useful questions, and gets out of the way.
Random Question Generator launched in 2025 and has continued evolving into a practical workflow for classrooms, training programs, and self-study sessions.

Initial launch
Random Question Generator launched as a fast, no-signup alternative to bulky quiz builders.

The generator grew to 6 supported question formats and 6 export-friendly outputs.

How it works
How the Generator Works
Random Question Generator uses a curated bank of 264 question seed templates across 11 subject areas, 6 question formats, and three difficulty levels. When you configure a quiz, the generator assembles a fresh set that matches your criteria and presents it in an editable format ready for export.
The current product is designed to stay transparent. Users should understand where the content comes from, how browser-stored drafts work, and how advertising supports free access.
Content Sources
The generator is powered by an in-app library of curated seed prompts maintained by our team. We do not scrape or republish third-party copyrighted quiz banks.
Data & Privacy
Most generator settings, drafts, and theme preferences stay in your browser through local storage. You can clear them at any time from your own device.
Advertising
The site is prepared for advertising disclosures. If ads are enabled later, placements will stay clearly separated from editorial content and generated questions.
